A lifelong resident of the Coachella Valley, Marlene R. Ruttenberg is the owner of Desert Properties Realtors. Our firm serves clients throughout Coachella Valley, Palm Springs and the surrounding region.

Marlene has over 19 years of very diverse experience within the real estate industry in the Coachella Valley/Greater Palm Springs area. In 1999, Marlene first entered the industry as a receptionist of an extremely busy and top producing real estate firm in the desert with three locations. She ultimately became an office manager with a highly respected group of real estate professionals at a luxury real estate firm.

In 2001, Marlene shifted gears, venturing into the exciting yet demanding land of escrow where she spent the next 15 years, enduring through the high and low of the market. During this time, Marlene also worked as a loan processor and as a transaction coordinator.

Marlene is extremely well-rounded and has leveraged this broad range of experience as she became a REALTOR® and ultimately found herself leading her own brokerage firm, Desert Properties Realtors.
